Leash Pro Return and Refund Policy

At Leash Pro, we are committed to offering a transparent, fair, and secure shopping experience for our customers in the United States and Mexico. Below is our return and refund policy, designed in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws in both countries.


1. Return Window

You have the right to request a return within 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order.


2. Eligibility Requirements for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be in its original condition, unused and undamaged

  • Include all original tags and packaging

  • Be accompanied by a proof of purchase (invoice, receipt, or order number)


3. How to Request a Return

Please email us at jarroyo1397@gmail.com with the following information:

  • Order number

  • Reason for the return

  • Photos of the product (if applicable)

Once your request is approved, we will send:

  • A return shipping label (in some cases)

  • Detailed instructions on how and where to return the product

Note: Returns sent without prior request and approval will not be accepted.


4. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will cover the shipping cost.

  • If the return is due to customer error or a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.


5. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on the following:

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Personal care or hygiene products (e.g., cosmetics or beauty products)

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

  • Hazardous materials (e.g., flammable liquids or gases)

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance


6. Exchanges

To make an exchange, follow the same return request process. Once your original item is returned and approved, you can place a new order separately for the desired item.


7. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email to let you know whether your refund is approved.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed via the original payment method.

  • Refunds are typically issued within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the transaction.

  • If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at jarroyo1397@gmail.com.


8. EU 3-Day Right of Withdrawal (International Orders)

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 calendar days of delivery for any reason, without justification. As noted above, items must be returned unused, with original tags and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.


9. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at jarroyo1397@gmail.com so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.
